The 40 small works in the Scribbles series were worked in acrylic on cardstock on my lap on a hotel bed.  There was a three week gap between new owners moving into prior house and the next being ready, and with two big dogs and two large humans trying to live in a single small room, they were a much needed pressure release valve.

For rather obvious reasons of non-archival strata, originals are not available, however thanks to the miracles of modern technology, they have both grown up and acquired significantly longer lifespans :).
