WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON REFUNDS?
- All sales are considered final. Having said that, it's important to me that you be happy with both your Art and with the Artist. If you didn't get exactly what worked for you, please contact me. You cover shipping back to me with tracking, and when it arrives in good condition, I will issue gift card credit for your full purchase price so that you can replace it with the perfect piece(s).
- My print supplier and I both do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact me at 503.891.4988 or loree.harrell@gmail.com with your order number for further instructions. I will reorder or refund as you prefer. TAKE PICTURES AND DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Again, all sales are considered final, and I want you to be happy. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me immediately at 503.891.4988 or loree.harrell@gmail.com with your order number. If the print is not already in production and I am able to cancel with my printer, I will cancel and refund. If order is already being produced and can't be cancelled, you will receive a 50% store credit, with the additional 50% store credit issued at the point the print you ordered is sold.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
I will refund within 24 hours. Once it is out of my hands, it's dependent on your bank. 3 business days is best case, some hold up to 10.
