"Reach To Tomorrow" and "Born In Yesterday" were both painted in acrylic on their respective sides of a piece of 8x10 glass from a frame which had been used for a canvas.  It was a difficult day, and I pulled myself away from the day to paint, in an attempt at regaining a bit of equilibrium.  "Born" was painted first and it reflects that.  It did its job, though, and by the time I flipped it over to work on "Reach", life was all balance and wisdom again. 

Or something.

The lovely thing about painting on both sides of a piece of glass is that bits of the one painting shine through to the other.
The problem, of course, with painting on both sides of a piece of glass is that you have to pick one side or the other in order to actually hang it :).

So now you can have both.
Or either without the guilt of hiding a painting with its face to the wall for the rest of its natural life.
